Matt is the co-founder and co-owner of Tri-21 Roofing and Construction, with his wife, Leah. Matt has extensive experience in commercial and residential construction as well as flat and metal roofing, gutters, and siding. He is committed to providing an excellent customer experience and delivering top-notch service on each and every project. Together, Leah and Matt have assembled an incredible team to lead and execute each project with precision and care. Matt’s focus will be in Lafayette, New Orleans, Hammond, and on the Northshore.

Leah is the co-founder and co-owner of Tri-21 Roofing and Construction, with her husband, Matt. She has been involved in the operations of her family’s business for over 20 years and understands what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction and building lasting customer relationships. Leah’s role at Tri-21 Roofing and Construction are with the day-to-day finances and operations, billing, and customer care. At home, she is the momma and chauffeur to their three sweet blessings, Jolie Grace, Macy, and Robbie.

Project Manager

Jimmy Nettles Jr., born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. An LSU Graduate in Construction Management with over 26 years experience of Industrial Construction. Well rounded in Civil, Structural & Mechanical Construction. Extensive experience as an Operations Project Manager monitoring the performance of project teams, ensuring that the operations meet the client’s needs as well as internal regulations with maximum productivity and efficiency.

Expanding his experience in the Residential and Commercial Markets by helping clients in need from natural disasters, Extreme Weather Storms, or just in need of maintenance with their homes or businesses to protect themselves, loved ones or assets.

Known as a family man, with a beautiful wife, a daughter and son. Both of his kids participate in competitive sports just as their dad did. Family hobbies include Hunting, Fishing and travel. A great Coach and mentor in youth sports by helping them develop to become the best they can be. Expressive personality that loves to make people laugh sums it all up for him!

Project Manager

Sam Hayes has lived in Central Louisiana his entire life, the last 13 years in Avoyelles Parish. He has over 17 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Sam is currently serving in the Louisiana Army National Guard as a Construction Project Manager, where he has been enlisted for the last 15 years, proudly serving 2 tours in the Middle East. Sam’s passion is serving the community and his goal is to leave all customers with a product and experience they are completely satisfied with. Sam’s focus will be on the Central Louisiana area, Avoyelles Parish, and Rapides Parish.

Originally from Scott, LA, Jacob LeBlanc is a graduate of UL Lafayette in Agribusiness and has lived in the Baton Rouge area for over twenty years. Jacob has a background in furniture related retail management and also route service and sales. He enjoys being a part of providing a quality product and service to his customers that gives them satisfaction and peace of mind. He resides in Prairieville with his wife and two children.

Nicholas was born and raised in Central, LA where he has lived all of his life. He recently graduated from Central High School where he played baseball for 4 years. He is currently undergoing a degree in Construction Management. Nicholas enjoys meeting new people, helping other, and being involved in his community. He takes pride in providing customers with the best customer service, highest quality product, providing customer satisfaction, and is proud to be a part of the Tri 21 family.
