Matt is the co-founder and co-owner of Tri-21 Roofing and Construction, with his wife, Leah. Matt has extensive experience in commercial and residential construction as well as flat and metal roofing, gutters, and siding. He is committed to providing an excellent customer experience and delivering top-notch service on each and every project. Together, Leah and Matt have assembled an incredible team to lead and execute each project with precision and care.

Leah is the co-founder and co-owner of Tri-21 Roofing and Construction, with her husband, Matt. She has been involved in the operations of her family’s business for over 20 years and understands what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction and building lasting customer relationships. Leah’s role at Tri-21 Roofing and Construction are with the day-to-day finances and operations, billing, and customer care. At home, she is the momma and chauffeur to their three sweet blessings, Jolie Grace, Macy, and Robbie.

Project Manager

Jared has been in the salesforce industry for over a year now because of his passion and dedication to relationships and caring for people. His burning desire is to serve others by not just assessing their needs, but meeting their needs in both a practical and relational way. Outside of working with Tri21, Jared is an ordained pastor and serves at his church in his free time. He is also married to his beautiful wife of 5 years, Lydia, and has 1 daughter, Ellie, who he says is his, "pride and joy." Jared also enjoys meeting new people, playing board games with friends, and visiting coffee shops.

Originally from Scott, LA, Jacob LeBlanc is a graduate of UL Lafayette in Agribusiness and has lived in the Baton Rouge area for over twenty years. Jacob has a background in furniture related retail management and also route service and sales. He enjoys being a part of providing a quality product and service to his customers that gives them satisfaction and peace of mind. He resides in Prairieville with his wife and two children.

Brian is a devoted husband and father who believes that family is life's greatest blessing. He and his wife are raising two daughters who keep them busy, laughing, and constantly inspired. Possessing extensive sales experience, including within the financial services sector, Brian is passionate about helping clients navigate important decisions. Whether he's attending school events, supporting his daughters' activities, or spending quality time with his family, he values the moments that matter most. Guided by faith, integrity, and a strong work ethic, Brian strives to bring the same dedication and care to his professional life that he brings to his family.
